In a surprise visit to the Immigration and Customs counter at KLIA a while ago, I found that there is room for improvement to strengthen operations at the country's entrance.
I had time to say hello and ask questions to members and officers on duty about daily operations, both at the arrival and departure counters.

Regarding the recent incident involving Chinese tourists, I assure you, a thorough investigation will be carried out by the authorities and even preliminary discussions will be held in the Cabinet meeting this Wednesday.
Meanwhile, action will also be taken by the parties involved if there is an inappropriate mistake that affects the smoothness of the operation.
